For patients · Your care, in one place

Stay close to the people treating you.

Between visits · A line that stays open

The visit ends. The connection doesn't.

Most of your health happens between appointments — the question that comes at night, the medicine running low, the follow-up you meant to book. HopMeds keeps a line open to the clinic that knows you.

Message your care team

Send a question when you think of it. It goes to the people treating you — not a stranger, not a bot.

See your appointments

What's booked, when, and with whom — all in one list, so nothing sneaks up on you.

Voice and video visits from home

When getting to the clinic is hard, see your own doctor from your phone. Same doctor, shorter journey.

Your medicines, clearly

Your medicines and doses in one clear list, drawn from your record. Running low? Send a message instead of making a trip.

One record · Yours for life

Your whole story, in your hands.

Every visit, every medicine, every result — kept together in one record that follows you, not any single clinic. And your doctor reads the same pages you do, so you never have to start the story over.

  • One record, shared with your care team. You and your doctor look at the same record. You see what they see — no separate versions, no mystery.
  • Old papers welcome. Snap a photo of an old report or a prescription slip. Once your doctor has checked it and signed it, it becomes part of your record.
  • An emergency card to show. In an emergency, open one screen that lists your allergies and current medicines — ready to hand to whoever is treating you, even where no one knows you yet.
  • Yours to take. Download a copy of your records whenever you like. If you move, your story moves with you.

Hopi · A guide, not a doctor

A gentle guide — and a human in charge.

Hopi is the friendly companion inside HopMeds. It explains things in plain words and can read them out loud. What Hopi is not: a doctor. It doesn't diagnose and it doesn't decide. Your care team does that — always.

  • Plain words, out loud. Ask Hopi what something in your plan means. It answers simply — and can read it aloud when reading feels like too much.
  • Gentle reminders, not nagging. Simple checklists help you keep up with your medicines, and the doctor who prescribed them can see how it's going — so your next visit starts from the truth, not from guesswork.
  • Honest about its limits. When a question needs a doctor, Hopi says so and helps you reach yours — it's built to hand off, not to guess.
  • A person signs everything. Nothing enters your record until a human clinician reads it and signs it. Never a computer on its own.

Our promises

Your health information, treated like it's yours. Because it is.

Trust isn't a badge on a website — it's a list of things we will not do, written down where you can hold us to it.

The never list

Sold. Your health information is never sold, rented, or used for advertising. Not to anyone. Not ever.

Used to train AI. Your records are never used to teach AI systems — ours or anyone else's.

Signed by a machine. Every entry in your record carries a human clinician's signature. No AI in HopMeds can write to your record on its own.

Your doctor. Hopi explains and organizes. It does not diagnose you or make treatment decisions — the people treating you do.

Locked away. Your records are yours. Take a copy any time and take it wherever your care goes next.

A note from the founder

Software carries the record. People carry the care.

HopMeds began in Kathmandu, in clinics where the paper never stops and the power sometimes does. We built the tool we kept wishing existed: a chart that does the clerical work and leaves the judgment where it belongs — with the people in the room.

An EMR is a promise to the person whose name is on the folder. The never list above isn't marketing — it's the contract we intend to be held to.

If something feels off, or you simply want to know who is behind this: write to me. A human reads everything.
